What you need to know on how the course works.
Most courses are run on zoom, however subject to demand some are being created in person.
The course runs once a week for 8 weeks.
It is currently being run online due to the covid situation. Each session runs for 1.5 hours and at the end of each session you are given a workbook with home practice for the following weeks with guidance, meditations and taught practises.
