About Ady Lloyd

With nearly 20 years of Mindfulness & Coaching, Ady Lloyd is well and truly masterful in the art of guiding people to discover their own self-awareness using the mindfulness practises taught to positively impact their mental health, wellbeing and creativity.


"Ady used to lead mindfulness & meditation workshops for a year for ‘Mind’ the Mental Health charity for mental health. After a year the practice made such a difference, that some of the clients were able to stop taking medication they'd been on for years". 


 Ady is an accredited Awareness Coach and Mindfulness Practitioner  

providing individual and mindfulness-based programs. 

A well respected magician/actor and a trained sculptor with a successful background in the music industry, have all added a creative edge to Ady's passion and approach to mindfulness.


It was during his acting drama training he discovered meditation and the importance of being present to enhance his acting skills. After coaching on many programs with one of the world's largest personal & professional self-development companies, he discovered the true meaning of Mindfulness at the London Buddhist Centre after becoming a Mitra (friend of the buddhist order) in Bethnal Green  


He went on to get official secular training by Susann Herrmann DipL. Psych (MA) and Albert G. Tobler (Master Executive Coach) of Human Communication Ltd. Original lineage by Jon Kabat Zinn.


Ady runs 8-week Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction programs (MBSR), awareness coaching and workshops in the UK and Europe.
