Is my data backed up automatically?

No — everything in Vessel stays on your device only, nothing is sent to a server. Use Settings → Back Up My Data to export a backup file anytime, especially before switching phones. Restore from Backup brings it back in on a new device.

Can I use Vessel for more than one project at a time?

Yes — swipe through the Vessel card on Home to switch between all your active projects, or open any project directly from My Projects.

Does completing an action really move my Vessel?

Yes. Completing (or partially completing) an action raises your Vessel; missing one doesn't penalize it directly — Gravity reflects unresolved patterns gently over time, not single missed actions.

How do I delete my data?

Settings → Delete My Account removes everything for your profile from this device. This can't be undone.
